• Audio Recordings – recorded through the device microphone for audio observations
• Files and Documents – uploaded from your device storage

4. Device and Usage Data

We may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• Network connectivity status (online/offline)
• App usage statistics and interaction data

5. Locally Stored Data

The App stores certain data locally on your device, including:

• Authentication tokens and session information
• Offline reports that have not yet been synced to the server
• User preferences and app settings

How We Use Your Information

• Account Management – To create and manage your user account, verify your identity via OTP, and maintain your profile settings.
• Incident Reporting – To process and submit your observation and incident reports, including attaching your location, media files, and descriptions to the report.
• Offline Functionality – To store your reports locally when you are not connected to the internet and automatically sync them when connectivity is restored.
• Dashboard and Statistics – To provide you with an overview of your report history and aggregated statistics.
• Weather Analysis – To provide weather information and AI-powered weather analysis relevant to your location using third-party AI services.
• Communication – To enable you to share incident reports via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Service Improvement – To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the App's functionality and user experience.

Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only under the following circumstances:

• With the EWS Platform – Your reports and personal data are transmitted to the Early Warning System (EWS) backend servers for processing and action by the relevant authorities.
• Third-Party AI Services – Weather analysis features utilize Google Generative AI services. Only location-related data is shared for this purpose, and it is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
• At Your Direction – When you choose to share an incident report via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, the report details are shared through the respective third-party communication platform.
• Legal Requirements – We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is transmitted to and stored on secure servers hosted at ews.tigris-s.tech.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• Offline data is stored locally on your device and is synced to the server when an internet connection becomes available.
• Authentication is handled via secure OAuth 2.0 tokens.

Data Retention

• Your personal information and report data are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the information provided below.
• Locally stored data (offline reports, preferences) can be cleared by uninstalling the App from your device.

• Deletion – You may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
